Google\u00ae will\u00a0discontinue\u00a0their Universal Analytics service on July 1, 2023. If you’re using Google Analytics\u2122 to track visitors and conversions on WHMCS, you must move to Google Analytics 4 in the\u00a0Google Analytics Addon Module\u00a0before this date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Migration Process<\/h2>\n

To move to Google Analytics 4:<\/p>\n

1. Log in to the WHMCS Admin Area.<\/p>\n

2. Go to\u00a0Configuration > System Settings > Addon Modules.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Click\u00a0Configure<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0Google Analytics<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

4. Select\u00a0Google Analytics 4<\/em>\u00a0for\u00a0Analytics Version<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

5. Enter your Google Analytics 4 Measurement ID (in the format\u00a0G-XXXXXXXXXX<\/code>) for\u00a0Measurement ID<\/strong>. You can find this in your\u00a0Google Analytics account.<\/p>\n

This will replace the previous Universal Analytics Tracking ID (in the format\u00a0UA-XXXXXXXX-X<\/code>).<\/p>\n

6. Click\u00a0Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Data from WHMCS will now begin to appear under your Google Analytics 4 property.<\/p>\n
