This article explains how to troubleshoot a Module Command\u00a0Unknown Error<\/em>\u00a0which you may have received via email, seen listed in the\u00a0Module Queue\u00a0or the\u00a0Activity Log.<\/p>\n

If you are experiencing a technical issue with a module, logging can be enabled to identify the cause:<\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to\u00a0Utilities > Logs > Module Log<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Click\u00a0Enable Debug Logging<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Now reproduce the issue<\/li>\n
  4. This module debugging tool can be used to identify and resolve problems communicating with remote API systems. It will record and display the raw API data being sent to, and received back from the remote system. Logging should only ever be enabled for testing, and never left enabled all the time.<\/li>\n
  5. Return to the module log page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
