How to Create Your First Plesk Server<\/h1>\n

Before you can sell and provision hosting accounts, you must add at least one server to your WHMCS installation. The steps below create a Plesk server in WHMCS.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Creating a Plesk Server<\/h2>\n

To add your server to WHMCS:<\/p>\n

1. Create an API token on the Plesk server. For steps to do this, see\u00a0Plesk’s documentation.<\/p>\n

2. Log in to the WHMCS Admin Area.<\/p>\n

3. Go to\u00a0Configuration > System Settings > Servers\u00a0<\/strong>(Setup > Products\/Services > Servers\u00a0<\/strong>in WHMCS 7.10 and earlier).<\/p>\n

4. Click\u00a0Add New Server.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5. Select\u00a0Plesk\u00a0<\/em>for\u00a0Module<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

6. Enter the server hostname or IP address and your Plesk reseller username and password.<\/p>\n

7. If you have a non-standard (8443<\/code>) port for Plesk, enter the \u00a0port number in the\u00a0Access Hash<\/strong>\u00a0section.<\/p>\n

8. Click\u00a0Test Connection<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure that WHMCS is able to communicate. A success message will appear.<\/p>\n

9. Click\u00a0Save Changes<\/strong>. The\u00a0Servers<\/strong>\u00a0interface will appear, displaying the newly-added server in the list.<\/p>\n
