How to Create your First non-cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin Server<\/h1>\n

Before you can sell and provision hosting accounts, you must add at least one server to your WHMCS installation. WHMCS supports many server types and the process for adding each type is similar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Use the steps below to configure a server using any of our\u00a0supported server modules.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Creating a Server<\/h2>\n

To add your server to WHMCS:<\/p>\n

1. Go to\u00a0Configuration > System Settings > Servers<\/strong>\u00a0(Setup > Products\/Services > Servers<\/strong>\u00a0in WHMCS 7.10 and earlier).<\/p>\n

2. Click\u00a0Add New Server.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Select your server’s control panel for\u00a0Module<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

4. Enter the server information that your module requires. For example, most modules require the server IP address or hostname and your access credentials.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

5. Click\u00a0Test Connection\u00a0<\/strong>to ensure that WHMCS is able to communicate. A success message will appear.<\/p>\n
