You can send a custom email message whenever you create, terminate, or upgrade a service. To do this, you must set up a\u00a0product or service<\/strong>\u00a0and create an\u00a0email template<\/strong>\u00a0to use.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Custom Types and Email Templates<\/h2>\n

Custom email templates can use the following notification types:<\/p>\n

  • Welcome Email<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Termination Email<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Upgrade Email<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    You must create the email template in the correct template category (Product\/Service Messages<\/strong>). Otherwise, it will not appear in the menu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Assign a Welcome Email to a Product<\/h2>\n

    To assign a\u00a0Welcome Email<\/strong>\u00a0message to a product or service:<\/p>\n

    1. Log in to the WHMCS Admin Area.<\/li>\n
    2. Go to\u00a0Configuration > System Settings > Product\/Services<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Click the\u00a0Edit<\/strong>\u00a0icon for the product for which you wish to customize the welcome message.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
