When the number of emails accounts get higher, you will need to open each account to view the emails received. To overcome this issue, you can forward the copy these emails of one account to another account, so now you will have to only open one account to view all the emails. You can also discard the email or send it to a program. You can also forward all the emails of your domains to another domain.<\/p>\n<p>E.g. you have several email ids\u2019 like <strong>besttutorials@besttutorials.com<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>admin@besttutorials.com<\/strong>\u00a0Instead of opening 3 mailboxes to check emails, you can you can forward the last two to <a href=\"mailto:besttutorials@besttutorials.com\">besttutorials@besttutorials.com<\/a><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0Now you will only have to access <a href=\"mailto:besttutorials@besttutorials.com\">besttutorials@besttutorials.com<\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Create an Email Forwarder<\/h2>\n<p>There are two types of forwarders available, first to forward an email account to another one. Second is to forward all emails to a domain.<\/p>\n<h3>Create an Email Account Forwarder<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 Open Email Forwarders by clicking on the link of\u00a0<strong>Forwarders<\/strong>\u00a0found in cPanel Home.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manage.trustedhosting.in\/index.php?rp=\/images\/kb\/103_Email-Forwarder.png\" alt=\"Forwarder\" width=\"1000\" height=\"398\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 In the Forwarders Interface, you will find\u00a0<em>Create an Email Account Forwarder<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manage.trustedhosting.in\/index.php?rp=\/images\/kb\/102_Email-Forwarder-1.png\" alt=\"Create Forwarder\" width=\"1000\" height=\"309\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 Press Add Forwarder Button, it will take you to a similar interface like this.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manage.trustedhosting.in\/index.php?rp=\/images\/kb\/101_Email-Forwarder-2.png\" alt=\"Add Forwarder\" width=\"1000\" height=\"571\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 Enter the Address of the email which you want to forward. It is not necessary that the email must be already created. If you do not create an email and forward it to somewhere, the only difference will be that your emails will not be stored in the mailbox of the original email, because that mailbox will not exist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 Enter destination where you want your email to be forwarded.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list\">\n<li>Select\u00a0<em>Forward to Email Address<\/em>\u00a0and fill the textbox with an existing email, where you want your emails to be received.<\/li>\n<li>Select Discard and send an error to sender. If you want to discard that message and supply a failure message to sender. You can also customize the Failure message, enter the message in textbox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In Advance Options \u2212<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manage.trustedhosting.in\/index.php?rp=\/images\/kb\/100_Email-Forwarder-3.png\" alt=\"Advanced Options\" width=\"1000\" height=\"613\" \/><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list\">\n<li>Select\u00a0<em>Forward to a System Account<\/em>, if you want your emails to be sent to a system account, and provide a system account name.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<em>Pipe to a program<\/em>, if you want your emails to send to a program and enter path name of your program with file extension.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<em>Discard<\/em>\u00a0and system will simply discard the email and will do nothing. Select your choice accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 6<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 Click\u00a0<em>Add Forwarder<\/em>\u00a0to save the changes you made.<\/p>\n<h2>Add Domain Forwarder<\/h2>\n<p>You can forward all the emails of your domain to another domain. On the domain, who will receive the emails, you can change the default email address of that domain to a single email, which then can receive all the emails sent from your domain of which you forwarded the emails.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 Click on\u00a0<em>Add Domain Forwarder<\/em>\u00a0button, which can be found under\u00a0<em>Create an Email Forwarder<\/em>\u00a0of Forwarder interface.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manage.trustedhosting.in\/index.php?rp=\/images\/kb\/98_Email-Forwarder-4.png\" alt=\"Create Email Account\" width=\"1000\" height=\"297\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 In Add New Domain Interface, select the domain you want to forward.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manage.trustedhosting.in\/index.php?rp=\/images\/kb\/97_Email-Forwarder-5.png\" alt=\"Add New Domian\" width=\"1000\" height=\"253\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 In the textbox next to your domain, enter the domain on which you will be receiving the emails.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 Press\u00a0<em>Add Domain Forwarder<\/em>\u00a0button to save the changes.<\/p>\n<h2>Delete an Email Forwarder<\/h2>\n<p>To delete an email forwarder, click on delete link corresponding to the forwarder you want to delete.<\/p>\n<p>For Email account forwarder \u2212<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manage.trustedhosting.in\/index.php?rp=\/images\/kb\/96_Email-Forwarder-6.png\" alt=\"Email Forwader\" width=\"1000\" height=\"196\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For Domain Forwarders \u2212<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manage.trustedhosting.in\/index.php?rp=\/images\/kb\/95_Email-Forwarder-7.png\" alt=\"Forward Domain\" width=\"1000\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It will ask for your permission before deleting the forwarders, click Delete Forwarder to delete the Email Forwarder.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can create multiple email account in your cPanel email as per your need.
