It is used to set the height and width of the images which you&#8217;re going to use on your website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step (1)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 Click on\u00a0<strong>Settings \u2192 Media<\/strong>\u00a0option in WordPress.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manage.trustedhosting.in\/index.php?rp=\/images\/kb\/162_Media.png\" alt=\"Wordpress Media Setting\" width=\"1000\" height=\"1127\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step (2)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 The Media Settings page is displayed as seen in the following screenshot.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manage.trustedhosting.in\/index.php?rp=\/images\/kb\/163_Media-1.png\" alt=\"Wordpress Media Setting\" width=\"1000\" height=\"811\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Following are the details of the fields on Media settings \u2212<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list\">\n<li><strong>Thumbnail size<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 Set the size of the thumbnail.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medium size<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 Set the height and width of medium size images.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Large size<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 Set width and height of larger images.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Uploading files<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 After checking this checkbox, the uploaded image will be arranged into year and month based folder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step (3)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 After setting the dimension in pixels, click on\u00a0<strong>Save Changes<\/strong>\u00a0button.
