1. Physical Shipping is Not Applicable
WebyStrata Cloud Technologies Private Limited is a provider of cloud hosting, domain registration, server infrastructure, and digital web solutions. We deal strictly in digital goods and services. Therefore, we do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods or tangible items. Standard shipping policies, couriers, freight charges, and physical delivery timelines do not apply to our business.
2. Digital Delivery Process
All services purchased through the WebyStrata.com website are delivered digitally. Upon successful completion of your payment, our automated systems immediately process your order. You will receive delivery of your service in the following ways:
- Email Confirmation: You will receive an automated welcome email containing your login credentials, control panel details, and server information to the registered email address on file.
- Client Area Access: Your purchased service will instantly appear in your secure Client Area Dashboard, where you can manage, upgrade, or configure your hosting environment.
3. Delivery Timelines
Because our infrastructure is fully automated, our delivery times are generally instantaneous. Please note the standard timelines for our specific products:
- Shared and Reseller Hosting: Instant setup immediately following payment confirmation.
- Domain Registration: Instant registration, though global DNS propagation may take up to 24-48 hours to fully resolve globally.
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS) & Cloud Servers: Automatically provisioned and accessible within 5 to 15 minutes of payment.
- Dedicated Servers: Setup times can range from 1 to 24 hours, depending on hardware availability and customized configurations.
- Custom Migrations & Managed Services: Timelines for custom IT services, website migrations, or security audits will be communicated directly via our support ticketing system.
4. Delays in Delivery
In rare circumstances, the digital delivery of your service may be delayed. This typically occurs due to:
- Your payment being flagged for manual fraud review by our payment gateway.
- Upstream delays with global domain registries (ICANN).
- A temporary lack of specific hardware configurations for Dedicated Servers.
If your digital service is not activated within the expected timeframe, please open a support ticket immediately through your Client Area.
5. Payment Gateways & Compliance
This document serves as our official Shipping Policy to comply with the terms and conditions of our payment gateway providers (such as Razorpay, Stripe, etc.). By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital service, and no physical shipment will occur.
